Structured Solutions llc is a developer, manufacturer and marketing company, with four product lines currently in the market and three others in its launch pipeline. The Company only introduces products in which it expects to establish strong patent protection (IP). In addition, it utilizes contract manufacturing and, largely, outside sales teams, to maintain very low overhead and costs, combined with a focus on high margin products. The Company has developed a portfolio of over 50 products and concepts, which it will continue expanding and select from for production development and market introductions over the next several years. The Company’s core focus is on simple, sophisticated products with short development cycles in the home, hardware and health markets - thus, long monopoly pricing windows and low obsolescence risk are generally expected. Currently, six products from this portfolio are planned for development and licensing during the next three years.
