Through our consulting and product services, we empower organisations to create world-class, user-friendly First Point of Contact solutions and seamless experiences for customers. We do this by providing help to organisations through the usage of modern technology and apply it to their Contact Centre Journeys. Our approach puts their customer at the centre of any discussion, backtesting our design and implementation to make sure it fulfils their expectation. Our main focus centers on leveraging Generative AI, and integrating it into various applications, such as intent or sentiment analysis, bots and employee interfaces and tooling. The goal of any engagement is achieve resolutions for customers on the first contact, whether that is via chat, bot, phone, self-serve or other means. We are currently building a product that will help us to validate design and service choices by automatically testing functionality, depth and broadness of accuracy, performance and stability. With our consultancy and product offering we can then work with organisations to cover off the understanding of what they currently have and how good or bad the services is. We can then provide recommended changes and implement tooling to help de-risk the change as well as certify the efficacy. Customers have been challenged by the lack of accuracy in the support they get, especially when no human is involved. Statistics validate how so many people are unhappy with the services they've been provided. Most of it comes down to the lack of having their expectations met. Other issues are things like the time they have to wait to get help and the demeanour of employees toward them. All of these challenges can be approached with innovative technology to help customers and employees get what they need to have the best relationship possible.
