The company is fully owned by Tanzanians with diverse experience in Building and building & infrastructure design, construction & management. The company was established in 2023 and it is registered with Engineers Registration Board (Tanzania) as a Local Consulting Firm as well as Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (Tanzania). The company has its offices located at Gogam House, 1st Floor, Makongo/Dawasa Road Junction, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. The firm boasts an integrative team of experts comprising Architects, Structural and Bridge Engineers, Highway Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers with collective experience of more than thirty (30) years in construction industry in Tanzania, United Kingdom and Mainland China. Our Team has been involved in providing several master planning and infrastructure design projects for diverse clients and donor agencies and we understand the inherent challenges for successful construction project delivery. We thus, aspire to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions in close collaboration with our clients and stakeholders to result in successful project implementation.
