NCE was registered in Thailand in 1994. The foreign owners are the two Norwegian consulting companies Norconsult AS and Dr. Ing. A. Aas-Jakobsen AS. NCE has played a major role in the development of the economical design of elevated structures and long-span bridges in Thailand. The company has been the lead consultant for the design of many large bridge projects in Thailand and abroad, including precast segmental, balanced cantilevering, cable-stayed, and extradosed bridges. Reference is made to “Services and Projects”. NCE’s services also include the design of underpasses, tunnels, jetties, and advanced BIM and 3D rendering. Our specialist design teams provide technically sound, economically feasible solutions using state-of-the-art computer-aided design tools.
