Our goal is to provide above average returns to passive investors, while mitigating risk, and capitalizing on tax-efficient strategies. With over $23M of AUM, we focus on locating and acquiring value add multi-family opportunities in under-valued, but steadily growing markets across the Midwest United States. The mission of Nord Ventures is to positively impact the lives of our investors, members, and the communities in which we operate.
