Nordvegan is Norway’s premier plant-based restaurant A food bar concept developed by pioneers in the world of plant-based and vegan food, and dishes created by a Michelin starred chef, Nordvegan aims to redefine Norwegian cuisine. Nordvegan is all about nature’s foods. We use foods from nature, and foods that care for nature. All of our dishes are made from plants alone, meaning we can maintain a low environmental footprint whilst also providing numerous health benefits to your body. We take an organic-first, local-first approach. Where possible, we use organic ingredients in our dishes. All our juices, salads are 100% organic. And we also aim to source our ingredients from the local area. Nordvegan will soon be a carbon-neutral restaurant. Nordvegan also serves a wide range of gluten-free and sugar-free dishes to help you get the most from your body and reach the pinnacle of human health. Nordvegan opens in Oslo in March 17th 2017. This is ethical, environmental, natural, and healthy food that doesn’t compromise on taste. This is Nordvegan.
