Our task is to promote the technological revolution in healthcare, where the use of internet is mapping the new organisational models for health services that allow citizens to receive assistance at home and in the area of residence. In this sense, we propose Healthcare projects and solutions oriented at taking advantage of the various opportunities offered by the network for the creation and delivery of services. Services that can be divided in three different levels that can be implemented to achieve an increasingly strategic integration between hospitals and the region: intranet (to connect the various operating units of the region in a single stream of information); extranet (to link various healthcare actors); internet (for direct connection between the health authorities and citizens). Normadec guides healthcare organisations and healthcare initiatives - from conception to implementation, thanks to a range of assets including: the strategic value that Normadec attributes to the Italian Healthcare; our deep knowledge of the sector; implementation techniques, consolidated methodologies of training and change management, and our undisputed leadership in providing solutions and specific technologies of our Group. In this regard, the business process of medical records process management implemented at one of our clients has resulted in a significant modernization of the service, better use of human resources that were previously dedicated to this activity, and a notable economic saving which in many cases has even turned into an opportunity for revenue.
