North Jersey Vipers Softball

Competitive Fast Pitch Softball Club for girls ages 10-18. At all levels, the Viper organization is committed to providing an environment where our players learn how to play softball at an advanced level whether it be at our introductory 10U teams or advancing 18U college showcase teams. While softball skills are a major part of our training, we focus as much or more about teaching responsibility, teamwork, accountability and sportsmanship. There can be no "true" victory without integrity, hard work and a passion for the game of softball! North Jersey Viper players learn to respect the game and all who are involved in it - teammates, coaches, officials and parents! Our primary objective is to motivate and teach athletes the fundamentals of competition and discipline to provide a positive environment for the development of a successful athletic career, resulting in the athlete realizing her greatest potential and playing at the highest level possible. While our primary objective is athletics based, we strive to teach & prepare our players for challenges they will face outside the lines, knowing they can look back on their Viper experience and know they can overcome whatever lies ahead.
