North Sea Wind werd opgericht door de vennootschappen Parkwind, Et. Fr. Colruyt, Korys Investments en PMV en wil tussen 9 juli en 23 november 2019 maximaal 20 miljoen euro ophalen. Met het opgehaalde bedrag zal North Sea Wind een lening met een principiële duurtijd van 7 jaar verschaffen aan Parkwind. 5 miljoen euro is voorbehouden voor werknemers van Parkwind, Colruyt-Group, Korys Investments, PMV en hun dochtervennootschappen, 15 miljoen euro voor het brede publiek. Indien de voorbehouden schijf van 5 miljoen euro niet volledig wordt onderschreven, wordt het saldo aangeboden aan het brede publiek.
