NorthEnd Equities LLC is a commercial real estate firm based in New York City. The company was founded by its Principal, Charles Herzka, to continue his successful track record in the real estate property and capital markets. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Herzka and his associates have owned and/or operated and repositioned in excess of 20 million square feet of office and industrial properties. NorthEnd's involvement in residential real estate encompasses both the acquisition of existing housing stock as well as ground-up development of in excess of residential units, largely concentrated in the Eastern United States. NorthEnd employs a proactive and dynamic approach to ensure each investment is optimized, be it through strategic leasing/sales programs, capital improvements, expense reduction or asset repositioning. The firm identifies and creates unrealized value through its strategic focus on acquisitions, development, property management, asset management, leasing and dispositions.
