Northlight's investment approach is disciplined, time-tested and creative in approaching complex situations, specialized situations, and hard to value business enterprise. 3 business segments - direct lending, real estate and private equity: Direct Lending - Northlight offers one-stop financing solutions to middle market and sub investment grade companies having invested in over $1 billion in private loans. The Firm focuses on acquisition financing, recaps, growth capital and bridge loans with an primary emphasis on 1st lien and 2nd lien positioning. Investment sizes range from $5 million to $100 million Real Estate - Northlight has a proven track record of success in commercial real estate investment and asset management. We seek mispriced opportunities deployed either through debt or equity purchases. Our seasoned team professionals focus on acquiring income producing and non-income producing, office, industrial, retail and lodging properties as well as land development opportunities. Investment sizes range from $10 to $100 million Private Equity - Our broad range of investing allows us to pursue an opportunistic approach to equity sponsorship. As an established lender, we identify private equity investment opportunities with quality management, strong historical performance and significant potential upside. We seek equity positioning where fresh capital can unlock value and create new levels of efficienc
