We provide board level advice and delivery to help firms manage and execute their vision and strategy in the optimal direction. Provision of advisory and SME services to Boards and Executive Committees covering areas such as strategic management, business transformation, target operating models, client servicing, corporate governance arrangements, regulatory and risk implementation/remediation. A key focus area is helping firms navigate through challenging situations and transitional periods such as strategic direction, corporate restructuring, cost optimisation, business change, crisis management, operational resilience and remediation events (i.e. S166 Remediation Programmes). We have significant management and 'on the ground' experience across the financial industry of business management, operations, IT and regulatory risk management across multiple jurisdictions, with an implicit understanding of the clients’ needs. We are flexible in our approach whether helping clients with initial ideas, implementation or helping to embed sustainable changes in current practices. Longer term we focus on helping our clients build the skills and capability to become more self-sufficient and less reliant on external support. We also work in close partnership with existing consultancy practices, law firms and advisors were we can assist on specific SME advice but also take this a step further and join the client on an interim management basis to either implement the advice or assist the Board in delivery of key decisions from strategy through to execution, based on our previous industry experience.
