As a Mechanical Engineering Leader for 30+ years I have enjoyed being involved in the complete product life cycle from concept, research, prototyping, testing to mass production, product improvement and cost reduction. I have designed products for manufacturing quantities ranging from a single custom product to 1+ million. I have collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and manufacturers throughout the globe in consumer, business, education, healthcare and government markets, developing 100+ successful products leading to $300M+ in revenue. My concentration has been on dynamic human interactive products requiring design of electro-mechanical mechanisms and mechanical energy storage to assist movements. I am honored to have been awarded 40+ US patents for my unique concepts and innovative designs to improve the health and performance of people at work or play. It has been rewarding to provide empathetic leadership and mentoring to both international and local coworkers to meet individual and company goals.
