NorthStar Homes provide quality, affordable custom built homes to home buyers in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. At Northstar Homes, we don’t just talk the talk—we live what we sell. Norm and Judy purchased their first modular home in the early 1980s, prior to founding Northstar Homes. Since then, they have never gone back to site-built homes. Why? Because they believe—and see—the quality and efficiencies that custom built homes provide. In fact, Norm has been instrumental in elevating the quality and craftsmanship of modular custom built homes during the past two decades. Today, many of the custom built homes we offer have been personally designed by Norm (with a little input from his lovely wife Judy, of course).
