Hej! Welcome to Northvolt in Poland. Since 2018, Northvolt has been operating in Gdańsk to deliver the best-in-class battery modules and packs. It’s where our energy storage solutions come to life. In 2023, we have completed the construction of Northvolt Dwa, a highly automated factory for battery systems assembly and an engineering R&D center in Gdańsk. Northvolt was established in 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden. Pioneering a sustainable model for battery manufacturing, the company has received $55 billion in orders from key customers, including BMW, Fluence, Scania, Volvo Cars and Volkswagen Group. The company is currently delivering batteries from its first gigafactory Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå, Sweden and from its R&D and industrialization campus Northvolt Labs, in Västerås, Sweden, supported by over employees in Sweden, Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the US and Canada. Since 2018, the company has also been operating in Poland, where it produces battery energy storage systems. More at
