Our vision: Your preferred partner in drilling and well services education and training worldwide. Nortrain is Norway’s largest training center for oil drilling, well technology and related disciplines. Our history as a training provider goes back more the 30 years. We have helped develop many of the training programs oil & gas companies and national institutions need in the oilfield today. Our clients include Statoil, Maersk, Songa Offshore, Archer, Aker Drilling and Transocean. Today, Nortrain offer training worldwide. We have training facilities in India and West Africa (Ghana). Here we train local oilfield workers/trainees and develop their petroleum technology competencies to international standards. Recently, Nortrain has begun developing training programs for Iran, Venezuela, Russia and Brazil. Nortrain holds accreditation with both IWCF, IADC/WellCap and Achilles. Follow us on and
