Norwegian Properties Group VN Resorts & Residences is developed by Norwegian Properties Group and consist of the holiday resort VN Resorts 1 & 2, VN Residences1 and VN Residence 2. Our latest project in under projecting, VN Residence 3. The new project is also modern and practical and is offered at very affordable prices compared to similar projects in the Pratamnak Hill, Jomtien area. All villas and condos are connected to VN Services which handles the rental system for the owners with cleaning, payments and administration. Norwegian Construction Co, Ltd. is the construction company for developing property and is a company under the Norwegian Properties Group umbrella. We can offer studios 25 sq.m and condos with different sizes from 35 - 157 sq.m. with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, european kitchen, cable TV, internet access and communal facilites. Norwegian Properties Group has sales office in Thappraya Road in Jomtien next door to Linda's Restaurant. Linda's Restaurant is owned by Norwegian Properties Group. Norwegian Properties Group transfers property with title deed to all our customers. We do not use leasing contracts. We follow thai law and give all buyers title deed in their own name or in a thai registered company.
