Norwest Crane Hire owns, operates and maintains a diverse fleet of late model cranes and ancillary equipment for wet hire (with operator) and dry hire (without an operator); servicing the construction, mining and maintenance industries. From humble beginnings as a crane and truck hire business in Exmouth, the company has over 20 years industry experience and has since grown to service the entire Northwest region of Western Australia. Through determination and commitment to constant improvement and growth, Norwest Crane Hire has the skills and knowledge to undertake mine site maintenance and project construction craneage requirements. Our fleet acquisition strategy has seen the company successfully achieve sustained growth with the fleet now including; all terrain cranes, pick and carry cranes, crew cab trucks, front lift trucks, semi-trailers, drop deck trailers and prime movers. Norwest Crane Hire has three core business units, Norwest Crane Hire, Norwest Personnel and NGL Projects. Currently Norwest Crane Hire has two major points of operation, Port Hedland and Newman, with administration and accounts support based in Perth. In positioning key personnel in both Port Hedland and Newman, Norwest Crane Hire is able to successfully service the North West region. Norwest Crane Hire has alliances with Local Traditional Land Owners. The TLO’s have worked with Norwest Crane Hire for many years prior to setting up their own businesses with support from the Norwest Group. Norwest Crane Hire is also proud to be a leading indigenous crane hire employer, throughout the Northwest.
