Please visit our youtube channel to see our machines in operation; Noshe is able to offer a range of compact and cost effective solutions to Cold-End Handling issues, our range includes- o Bottle Orientators, from Servo Driven machine capable of correcting by any angle at speeds of up to 240 BPM, to machines capable of 180 degree correction at speeds of up to 130 BPM and simple machines to turn every bottle through 90 degrees. o Starwheel Systems, from standard driven units to Intelligent units capable of dispensing the required number of bottles and then pausing for a specific time. o Dual Belt Separators, with a contact length of 150mm the unit is available with either 20mm or 50mm high belts. o Cullet Rejection Systems, detects and rejects broken glass from between 'good bottles' using a varied length of 'blow' depending on the amount of glass to be removed. o Dual Synchronised Starwheel Separator, spaces ware, including rectangular bottles and jars that can not be separated by either a standard Starwheel or Dual Belt Separator. The fingers of starwheels mounted either side on the conveyor belt are synchronised to ensure that they are across the conveyor simultaneously and therefore arrest every container. o Starwheel Combiner, Accepts containers fed from two production lines and combines them into a single stream. An Intelligent Starwheel mounted on both lines release containers on a one-to-one basis or any configuration that maybe required. o Oversize Bottle Gauger, Detects and automatically rejects Oversized Bottles or those with bulged label panels. Offers invaluable protection for processing equipment with is sensitive to size and can avoid production bottle-necks caused by jamming and breakages.
