As a mobile signing agent, I will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, patience, and attention to detail. I am a Member and Certified, of the Loan Signing System. I carry Errors and Omission Insurance of 50K.(Certified and Background Screened) I will communicate with borrowers before the appointment and will arrive at appointments on time. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents, scan back as requested, and drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 5PM. I am confident in my ability to walk borrowers through loan documents, making sure they write legibly and initial where needed. I will ensure that all documents are completely filled out and that no signatures are missed. I will NOT rush, pressure the signers to sign, provide legal advice, or print documents double-sided.
