Note to Soul Inc, is a Mental Health and Psychoeducational Agency. Developed by Clinical Social Worker Dr. Christina Hyland and Educator Mary Francone, Note to Soul Inc, offers mental health courses such the Soulful Foundations Course, an 8 week self-directed program for educators and parents. Programs are comprehensive offering differentiated learning options such as video, audio, pdfs and live group discussions. Courses are experiential in that you are provided with several guided practices (with accommodations) and reflective soul questions. This program assists in the strengthening of sense of self, relationships with self and others, burnout, stress reduction, anxiety management, self discovery, empowerment and resilience. It draws on a number of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-based Self Compassion, and other holistic/alternative practices such as Emotional Freedom Techniques.
