We are the only Charity in Nottinghamshire specialising solely in Housing and Housing Debt Related Advice. We are audited to the Specialist Quality Mark Level in Housing Advice. We employ highly trained and experienced specialist advisers to help people with their housing and housing debt problems. Our advice is free and confidential. As well as advising on our own clients’ housing problems we provide training and consultancy to help other local advice agencies who don’t have specialist housing advisers. Our core funding is from contracts with, or grants from, the City and County Councils but we work entirely independently of them. At various times we have support for special projects from funders like the National Lottery and Children in Need.
