Notum Assigned Certifiers

Notum provides Assigned Certifier services in accordance with Statutory Instrument No. 9 of 2014 and the Code of Practice for Inspecting and Certifying Buildings and Works (published by the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government). Notum takes a logical approach based upon appropriate professional judgement and risk assessment, recognising that it is crucial to have an overview of the construction period while integrating best practices from design all the way to completion.
