Nourish Café and Cooking School was born out of our curiosity about a sustainable food system, love for food and the environment, and our desire to nourish our family and yours, our focus is high-quality food, not high quantity. Our mission is to create a space where we can celebrate delicious food and help each other make the better decisions for our bodies and planet. It’s about believing that supporting local organic farmers, eating plant-based meals and sharing great conversations, can make a difference in our lives - because it certainly has in ours. We offer breakfast, lunch and coffee service at our location at W. 10th and Alma in Point Grey as well as cooking lessons, private events and corporate team builders. For more information go to
