Nourish Life

Many of us are out of touch with our bodies and our lives, and, as a result, many of us are living lives where we are exhausted, overwhelmed and unwell. Through working in sessions with Stephanie, clients reveal ways to create a more nourishing life: In facilitation or mentoring, which includes one-on-one guided meditation at each session, clients experience their inner world. Through their growing practice, clients gain a set of tools to apply in their daily lives to be with all that is arising in their lives, to bring consciousness to present moment awareness, to live fully in their Presence. This is nourish life.
