Nourish was designed with the premise of setting realistic individualized goals and helping clients create a health promoting lifestyle that is able to be maintained. Wellness is not one size fits all. Nourish programming focusses on adding health promoting behaviors into your lifestyle rather than eliminating less advantageous habits. As a registered dietitian and certified fitness professional, Nicole will work with each individual client to set personalized goals and create positive habits within your already existent lifestyle. Nicole is passionate about helping clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals through the implementation of realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes. Nicole specializes in weight management and has experience in counseling clients with a variety of chronic disease states, eating disorders and disordered eating. Through NourishRDN programming, Nicole strives to empower her clients to have a positive relationship with food and fitness while achieving a health promoting lifestyle. Nicole Bodin MS, RDN is a Boston based Registered Dietitian and certified fitness instructor with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. Nicole earned her BA in Communication from the University of Maryland and her MS in Nutrition from Boston University.
