A Michelin Selected Restaurant Vietnam's very first Capsule Dining Restaurant. Our capsule restaurant is cozy and intimate and allows us to deliver an exceptional experience not only with our carefully crafted dishes, but also with our highly personal approach to cooking. We are constantly inspired and moved by restaurants, kitchens and chefs around the world that challenge and transform what the dining experience means, and endeavor to do so ourselves. With just 8 seats, our dream is to have each guest feel like they are a part of our story and engage with us as we bring local ingredients to life in a unique and compelling way while still remaining true to the flavors and places they came from.
