Established in 1992, Nova Training is a leading provider of education, training and apprenticeship programmes across the West Midlands and East of England. As part of Staff Select Ltd, we are committed to helping young people and adults develop the skills, qualifications and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. We deliver a wide range of programmes including: Apprenticeships for both 16–18 and 19+ learners Study Programmes, Supported Internships and specialist SEND provision for 16-18 or those aged 19-24 who have an EHC Plan. Alternative education pathways for 14–16 year olds through partnerships with schools and local authorities With more centres than any other provider or college in our region, Nova Training operates from 13 delivery sites, supported by our Head Office in Willenhall, Walsall.
