NOVEM operates an extensive national licensed warehouse and distribution network, as well as providing services and manufacturing support for the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Agrifoods, Nutraceuticals, Personal and Pet Health sectors. Kelowna, BC – Kelowna is a regional facility within Novem’s national network. Consists of COLD CHAIN storage, Dry-Temperature Controlled storage, as well as processing and manufacturing focused on Licensed Biopharmaceuticals, Agrifoods, and Pet Wellness products. We continue to leverage licensed and specialized storage across Canada, recently providing our offerings to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies as well as strategic Agrifoods companies. Edmonton, AB – Edmonton is a major regional facility within Novem’s national network. Consists of COLD CHAIN storage, Dry-Temperature Controlled storage, and is in the process of constructing processing and manufacturing space and equipment which will be focused on Licensed Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, and Agrifoods. This facility is currently in the leasehold buildout phase and will be fully operational by the end of 2023. Novem is also in discussions with strategic shareholders and partners on the construction of a sq.ft purpose-built facility for NOVEM at the airport at YEG which would be ready by the end of 2024, and will be capable of expansion to in the future. Toronto, Ontario – Toronto is a major regional facility within Novem’s national network. Consists of COLD CHAIN storage, Dry-Temperature Controlled storage, and is in the process of procuring processing and manufacturing space and equipment which is focused on Licensed Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, and Agrifoods.
