NOVING is an european high-tech engineering company with 50-80 employees, offering whole scale of services from concept and basic engineering through detail design to EPCM solutions for biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, food, machinery, metalurgy and health care. Short history of NOVING: 1954 Created engineering department as a part of chemical plant in Novaky. 1992 Independent limited liability company NOVING NOVÁKY, spol. s r.o. funded by two owners. Gradual expansion of activities, portfolio and services, all engineering professions in-house. Focus changes from standard chemical processes via fine chemicals to APIs and biotechnology. 2014 Renamed to NOVING s. r. o. and 100% owned by one of the founders. The next generation of family start to leed the company and continues with strong motivation for new challenges, opportunities and growth. 2021 Founded VUAP - research institute of automated design.
