An upcoming Impact VC Fund that invests in Indian founders and startups which leverage technology to create both social impact and financial returns. We follow a Core and Satellite approach for portfolio building. In the Core Portfolio we target Series A and B stage investments focusing on companies that demonstrate clear impact metrics. These are qualitative investments with adequate risk-adjusted return expectations. In the Satellite Portfolio, we look at opportunistic investments across seed/angel and late-stage companies. The aim is to either enhance returns or help stabilize the portfolio from a risk perspective.
