We were formed with the idea that the way we deliver healthcare services can be as incredible as the transformative results. Even though we are all striving to deliver the highest quality services to our communities, we often overlook how we are delivering those services to patients, families, community health workers, and physicians. Service design is a relatively new approach in the way we buildout new service, product, and business lines. It starts with switching from starting with the diagnostic group to starting with the end stakeholders (patients, families, community health workers, and physicians).
