The Platform is ably guided and mentored by Mr. Sanjoy Bhattacharayya (Ex-CIO at HDFC MF and a doyen of the Indian investment world) who is on the Board of Directors (Independent & Non-Executive) of the management co. The Fund Advisory Council (Independent & Non-Executive) comprises of industry stalwarts including Mr. Akshay Chudasama (Managing Partner - Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.) and Mr. Priyaranjan Kumar (Ex-MD at Alvarium Partners & Ex-MD at Cushman & Wakefield) In a short span, we have successfully closed some of the most innovative and exciting deals in Indian real estate alongside marquee investors and partners. We were instrumental in closing India's first successful insolvency route acquisition of a Grade A commercial estate in prime New Delhi.
