Motivated by the absence of independent and readily available knowledge to assist startup companies in their development of novel food initiatives, Novus R&D was created by Mauricio Bobadilla in 2008. A functional and effective infrastructure was created to research, develop and coordinate the manufacturing of new products with the goal of providing an alternative to companies striving to be at the forefront of health and wellness trends through the indulgence of confectionery products.
