Novussteel Engineering

Steel fabricators across Canada and the U.S. bleed time and money at every stage — from estimations that miss connection material, to shop packages that stall production, to site surprises that nobody budgeted for. Novusteel Engineering was built to fix that — across the entire project lifecycle, backed by 15+ years of industry experience. We start where most detailers don’t — at estimation. While others guess, we give fabricators connection-inclusive material takeoffs that are close to accurate before a single piece of steel is ordered. Tighter bids, fewer surprises, and margins that hold. When the project moves to fabrication, our packages plug directly into your shop workflow — including full integration with PowerFab — so your team isn’t translating or reformatting anything. It goes in, and production moves. On the floor, we think like your shop foreman. Every detail is built for the way steel actually gets cut, fitted, and welded — not just how it looks in a model. And we don’t disappear at shop release. We stay with your project through site coordination and support until the last beam is installed and the job is closed out clean. From your first estimate to final installation — we’re in it with you. If you’ve been burned by vendors who hand off and disappear, we should talk.
