Now Yoga Studio

We are a new and innovative yoga studio in Almería, Spain. Our mission is to make yoga accessible to all stages of life so everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness -on and off the mat. Inner peace, consciousness, respect for diversity and the environment are at the core of our teachings. Our Studio offers a broad range of classes in English and Spanish, suitable for all ages and levels. We are open for morning, afternoon and evening classes. From Prenatal yoga, kids and family yoga to beginners, restorative, yin, slow flow and dynamic classes, plus longer courses and workshops. Not forgetting our Meditation and Mindfulness classes.
