We want the swimmers to wear their wristband and not only feel safer but be proud to wear it as it stands for the ‘community of open water swimming’. We want you to enjoy your open water swim because you can be assured that the NOWCA venue you swim at uses our proven and robust safety system based around having a raised awareness of YOU in the water. We have thousands of swimmers and coaches around the UK already registered on our system and this is growing – come and join our community and we can all go swimming! Did you know? The NOWCA wristband can also: o Send you stats about your swim (distance, time) so you can track your progress. o Be used for timing race events. o Give you access to FREE weekly 400m NOWCA swims.
