Integral coaching is designed to build competence to better face life circumstances, to leave clients with long-term excellence, the ability to self-correct and the competence in being self-generating. Using this approach in my coaching allows me to assist with decision making and developing capacity to stay calm under stress. My training in integral coaching enables me to create and hold a safe space for my clients to explore new perspectives, especially within themselves, to develop self-awareness, a sought-after competency in senior leadership roles. I have also worked with clients on interpersonal relationships, communication skills and influence.
