We provide guidance and implement the procedures and controls necessary to minimize the risks associated with financial reporting and potential fraud and abuse while maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. NPA also performs a variety of internal client projects, such as audit preparation, system conversions, business plan preparation, etc. Our mission is to improve the accounting and finance functions of organizations to make their Boards, Management, and entire staff more efficient and effective while providing the procedures and controls necessary to minimize the risks associated with financial reporting and potential waste, fraud, and abuse. Our accounting and finance specialists are experienced professionals whose careers have included being hands-on financial managers, controllers, CFO’s, project managers, Subject Matter Experts, and consultants to Boards of Directors and Senior Managements. Many are CPA’s.
