NPO Premier Ltd. is a small consulting practice focusing on the improvement of capacity, long-term health, effectiveness and sustainability of nonprofit organizations of all kinds. Strengths include the foundational areas of Systems and Infrastructure, Organizational Structure and Human Resources. Systems and Infrastructure, especially those related to Information Technology are especially strong. NPOP enables nonprofits to engage the services of an experienced consultant with strong credentials for limited engagements. This permits the execution of projects at the highest level of professional expertise without the significant and often prohibitive expense of hiring full-time staff. Engagements are tailored to fit the individual project and financial needs of the client, determined after a careful analysis and evaluation conducted with client executive leadership. Preliminary discussions are conducted at no charge to the client. Only after a careful determination of the needs of the client and the abiity of NPOP to address these needs is a final agreement negotiated.
