The founders of NRICHED, Sandra Rose and Leonie von Uthmann, have made it their mission to rethink success in companies. For this purpose, they founded NRICHED GmbH in March 2023. Which was also the birth moment of TrustY, a cloud-based metric that measures the core of business relationships: trust. TrustY measures the strength of a company's relationships with its employees, customers, and partners, and gains valuable metrics from it. The overall TrustY score is the calculated sum of all stakeholders’ TrustY scores. With TrustY, NRICHED supports entrepreneurs who want to actively secure their value chain in the future and prefer to invest their expenses for compensating customer losses and employee turnover in topics such as digitization, innovation, or Environmental Social Governance (ESG) that shape our future.
