NS Cosmetics is an organic and natural beauty product company that specializes in cosmetic products that are made with simple quality ingredients. They provide products which include lip glosses, lip oils, lip balm, setting powders, face serums, body butters, and much more. NS Cosmetics was founded by two sisters, Naomi (14 yrs) and Neriah (12 yrs) Stephens when they decided to put their passion and love for make-up to work during the 2020 COVID19 pandemic. Struggling to occupy their time and remain positive during this difficult season; along with finding the ingredients in some of their household cosmetics toxic they put their heads together and birthed NS Cosmetics. Recognizing the girl’s ambition and vision for their brand, their mother Ashley Stephens jumped on board to act as CEO of the company. She assists in running the day-to-day operations of the company as well as implementing the strategic plan. The girl’s mission is that their products bring joy through simplicity. This brought forth their tagline "Keep it Simple. Each product is made with the same passion from start to finish. They bottled their dreams, aspirations, and love for others all together, and pump it out one lip gloss and lip balm at a time. NS Cosmetics is a black owned, women owned business that has a goal of trying to change the standards in the cosmetic industry. Their brand provides clean, non-toxic products in an industry that is rippled with make-up that contains harmful ingredients. In addition to providing clean products their brand the is multicultural and multi generational exemplifying diversity.
