nset (ncompetências, unip, lda) arises after an accumulation of more than 10 years of experience in Architecture, construction and consulting. We want to create a service to respond to a market need-The need for coordination between the project and its executor, from the initial stage of the development of ideas, to the execution of the project. We work with a multidisciplinary team, whose elements are well known, allowing a connection and continuity among all stakeholders. Our work focuses mainly on interior restorations of apartments or houses, exterior arrangements, and some pieces of furniture. In the projects of Architecture, we developed all type of work, from a recovery to single family and multifamily projects, as well as urbanization plans.
