nsurance is a social initiative aimed at women empowerment and overall well-being of middle class families in India. As a beginning, Nsurance provides a digital diary in the form of free downloadable application on Android and iOS. Web application is also available for ease of use. The app is aimed at enabling families, more specifically women folk, to maintain all the important financial information relating to savings, investments, loans, insurance, etc. and make it available to all the family members. This will ensure that in times of need family members can access the information easily. nsurance is arguably the only platform that enables sharing of data with family members with the participating users (ie family members) maintaining their own independent and distinct access to data / information. There are many services and incremental solutions through the app that are planned for roll-out in due course that will address many challenges faced by middle class families, more specifically women folk, during certain unforeseen events.
