NTHC Properties Limited (NTHC Properties), a premier in the Real Estate Industry in Ghana was incorporated on January 30th 1986 and commenced business on February 18th 1986. Our core objectives cover the main Real Asset classes in respect of residential and commercial properties. We are a founding member of Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), the umbrella professional body of real estate developers in the country. Our Mission is to profitably develop, provide and manage quality residential and commercial properties at competitive prices with a view to creating value for all stakeholders.
