The differentiators that NTQ offers is the on-site servicing and a proactive to hr for our clients. Many decisions need to made all of the time by the management of a company. The employees in the company are directly effected by these decisions. When we consult with the ownership/management of a company, the only way to give sound advice and information is if the consultant has a working knowledge of the environment and culture of the company. Being on-site at least 1 day per week is the only way to understand this. The proactive approach is something that we have not found offered by any other entity. By proactive, we mean that not only are we going to ensure that the client is compliant with local, state and federal laws, but we are going to provide all of the training in key areas to ensure the positive culture stays and continues to stay. This creates happier employees thus better customer service and produc-tivity to their customers. This obviously leads to more revenue and greater profits.
