We at Nuance Forums believe that in the context of employ-ability, education should enable people to engage with the world around them and not just be dependent on it. We facilitate learning by diversifying the avenues offered students to participate in society.We achieve this through : 1) Organizing educational trips to various business organisations in different sectors of the economy. 2) Hosting workshops within the education institutions,with plenary sessions facilitated by Industry leaders. 3) A mentoring programme, Youth Sustainable Mentoring and Skills Initiative ( Y.S.M.S.I). Y.S.M.S.I. The programme focuses on personal development of young people in matters such as health, finance, skills, social responsibility and a host of other important matters.We realize there is a need to develop young leaders, acknowledging that joining critical ranks without acting to develop the positive characteristics society desires and benefits from disadvantages our peers as well as siblings in the demographic we are working with.
