Nuca Pennsylvania

A non-profit trade association comprised of excavation and utility contractors. The Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association (PUCA) now d/b/a NUCA Pennsylvania has been the voice of the utility industry for sewer and water contractors, suppliers, professionals in the industry, and governmental entities for 45 years. We have been able to define, establish and preserve the identity and the common interests of the utility industry through our promotion of the industry with governmental agencies, general contractors, labor and professional engineers. Our mission is to provide infrastructure funding for utility projects, fair and reasonable contract specifications, timely payments on work performed, fair bidding practices, subsurface utility locating and a favorable law and regulatory environment.
