We solve a core limitation in neurology: most antibodies and RNA medicines cannot cross the blood–brain barrier. Our platform builds efficient “shuttles” using a direct in vivo screening system that delivers quantitative readouts from mouse brains in two days, enabling 100× higher throughput than conventional approaches. This allows rapid iteration, data-driven engineering, and the identification of carriers that consistently outperform industry standards. We combine AI-based protein design with focused experimental workflows, screening high-quality RMT binders across multiple receptor pathways and moving quickly from sequence variants to validated in vivo performance. The platform supports antibodies, ASOs, and other biologics, creating broad applicability and enabling partners to reach targets that were previously inaccessible. NucleoTech is advancing an internal pipeline beginning with a brain-deliverable CD20 therapeutic for progressive multiple sclerosis, while also preparing carrier candidates for collaborations in antibody and RNA delivery. Our approach shortens development cycles, expands the available landscape, and positions the company to contribute essential infrastructure for CNS drug development. We operate with a collaborative mindset and aim to help the field build effective brain therapeutics at a pace that was not possible before.
