Our business is built by professionals in the health and fitness sector who have identified common flaws throughout the corporate world. After years having clients visit us to fix problems with weight, posture or general functionality we found a common ground that all these clients had in common. They spent prolonged time in a sedentary and seated position, neglected good health and lifestyle habits. We have solved this problem by working with the companies directly and helping people before the problem gets so serious they must seek help. Our aim is to improve the modern workplace, by teaching the importance of movement, good diet and correct seating positioning. As well as a plethora of other small lifestyle changes which make a big difference.
